- How should you start organization of your team during the game?

You should start from setting roles and responsibilities during the game.

- What problems can arise in process of creating or gathering teams and also in the moment of the game?

I think for new team is an absence of a teamplay and various misunderstandings between team members can be the main problems. Your captain, of course if you have one, can spend more time on giving orders, in comparison with teams which have longer teamplay experience. Sometimes this leads to fails, the speed of making decision often plays very important role in achieving team victory.

- Are there difference between organizing newcomers and passionate gamers or even professionals?

Experienced players and professionals have better understanding of what is required from them in the game than novices. So you spend less time on organizing.

- Are there any specifics in small teams? We mean 2-5 persons. What should you know about organizing process? What are the pros and cons?

Small teams are easier to organize, but at the same time, they are less flexible than a big team. The hierarchy is not very well developed in a small team. Quite often, there is only one captain and the other players listen to him.

- What problems can arise in a large team? As well as its pros and cons in the organization compared to small one?

Large teams may face with problems if they were poorly organized. That's why big team must have a developed hierarchy. Sometimes it is necessary to divide a large team into several rooms in a voice chat. With the help of good organization a large team can easily change the way they act and it give more problems to the opponent.

- Can voice chats solve the problems of the organization during the game? If yes, how exactly?

Of сourse. It is always easier and faster to explain by the voice what is required of a man than to write this in the chat.

Who could have thought ... but recently scientists (of course the British scientists) have proved that girls are better in computer games development than boys are. Team of researchers from the UK managed to dispel stereotypes that boys are the best gamers and developers of games. Recent studies of Sussex University showed that women are able to write more complex scenarios and makes it almost 2 times faster.

Such experiments have been conducted due to the poor performance of girls in subjects related to computer science. According to statistics only 17 percent of British women have higher education in specialties related to computers. High school students, which were 12 - 13 years old, were attended in the experiment for 64 days. Their task was to create a simple 3d game.

Girls’ results exceeded results of boys by almost two times. The scientists also noted that representatives of girls have tried to create more complex scenarios as opposed to boys.

OK, they can do it better, but may be they do not want to do games in real life or someone creates restrictions to them? The scientists have not answered these questions yet. So the next time when girls join your team, please do not hurry to blame her, you should give her the opportunity to show themselves, perhaps your team's success will depend exactly on them ;)
