I played in many teams from 5 to 300 people under my command. Now I play DotA 2 most of the time and for a long time I have played Lineage 2, WoW, TERA, Archage, AION and World of Tanks.
- Can voice chat solve organizational problems during the game?
Yes, it can. It is much faster to explain by the voice than to type. Actually no one plays without voice chats now.
- Do you advise to use voice chats? Why?
Yes, I advise anyone who plays in team to use chats. You can not quickly coordinate actions without a voice communication.
- What problems can arise when you create a team and during the game?
There may be constant conflicts over particular gameplay stuff, I mean game valuable this, loot etc.
- What is the difference between problems in the organization of newcomers compared with passionate gamers or even professionals? If they are, how they are different?
Yes, they are different. Usually players with experience have no problems with the organization in general.
- Have you meet something special when you played in small teams? What is so special about them in organization? What are the pros and cons?
It is more comfortable to play in small teams, but not all games give you such possibility. Sometimes a team consists of 1,000 people or more, and so you can do nothing without a voice chat.
