Gamer with 7 years experience about voicechat

- What problems can you face with when you try to gather a team before the game?First problem can be a time which you spend to gather people. It can take much time because most of the people have already joined other guilds, have their own team. Another problem is the human factor. A person can be good in ordinary life, but weak as a player, and vice versa. A future team leader, must estimate the potential of each teammate (as a person and as a player) and understand next - Does your team need such person? Or is it better to leave him in reserve or even not to consider him as a candidate.

- What is necessary to start organizing a team before the game?
Primarily organization begins from a discipline, a raid time should be strictly regulated and latecomer player risks being replaced by another guild members who comes in time. Also there should be a raid leader, a man who knows all about the game, tactics against the bosses and so on, and whose commands everyone should listen as they listen to their own fathers :)

- Can a voice chat solve the problems of the organization? How exactly the voice Chat helped to your team?
Voice chat have to solve them. All misunderstanding, potential conflicts, and so on should be immediately delivered to voice chat to discuss them or if it is personal issues, which, however, can affect the game progress, it should be discussed in the presence of a raid leader who in case of inability to solve problem will at least try to postpone the discussion for another time.

Voice Chat in any form helps to speed up a coordination of actions of the players. It is certainly better than the usual text chat and better than streaming video conferences as Skype. It mentally prepares the players to be more serious and has more responsibility. We notice a lot of progress, when we switched from Skype to Raid Call.

- Will you advise using voice chats? Why?Not always. It is necessary for a cohesive team work. But do not forget that not all players want to seriously play hard every night, sometimes you just want to have fun communicating with nice people. Of course Skype is more appropriate here. One of a Voice chat features is that you should often press a key to say something. Therefore people will not tell something in general, but try to express their opinions clearly when the key is pressed. Such clear communication is needed when your team is faced with serious problem.

- Are there any difference of organizing novices, avid players or even professionals?
For me the main difference between the novices and pro players is the fact that pro players spent a lot of time with the team, they have a team spirit, they feel each other, and the beginners are just starting to adapt to one another. In terms of organization, for beginners all depends not on the gaming experience but on his personality, such as discipline, responsibility, ability to recognize their mistakes and work to eliminate them, understand that only captain of the team can talk about mistakes of other players or whole team.

- What do you think about organizing big and small team?
Ideally, for several reasons, you will spend nearly the same time to create good big or small team. For comparison let's take two commands of 10 and 25. First of all - responsibility. The smaller amount of players in the team, brings to player bigger responsibility. Therefore when you try to create a small team, it will be the most difficult to select the right people, with the right role and required qualities. In the case of 25 people you may care less about people. However you need much time just to collect players in a team at least in some initial form.

The second important thing - is the replacements. Replacements is constant thing for large teams. Very rarely you can collect all 25 people in one time because we all humans. Therefore players for the replacements always must be present, ready at any moment to go out and show their skills (who knows, maybe they will get place in the main squad). In the case of a small team you seriously risk when you make replacements. The risk to waste a lot of time just because new player can make some mistakes in terms of teamwork, and there is no time for training or preparation.
